• Process uploaded books and generate visual moments, character portraits, and scene imagery

4. AI Processing

SceneWoven uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to analyze book content and generate visual output. Text excerpts from your uploaded books may be transmitted to these providers for processing. We do not sell your content to AI providers or use it to train third-party models beyond what is required to generate your requested output.

Generated images are stored on your behalf and associated with your account.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your files and generated assets are stored using cloud infrastructure with access controls. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your uploaded files and generated assets will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help operate the service (e.g., cloud storage, AI APIs, database hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SceneWoven or others.

SceneWoven uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent certain features from working.
