Much like his predecessor, Sherlock Holmes , Kennedy’s stories are narrated by his faithful sidekick: newspaper reporter Walter Jameson. Together they travel New York and the world to use the power of science and technology to close cases that stump the local police.

Kennedy was a very popular character who made appearances in over 150 short stories published between 1910 and 1935, many of which were later repurposed as novels or themed collections.
